"At GAT Expo Cartagena 2024, we proudly showcased our state-of-the-art CRM solutions designed specifically for the iGaming industry," enthused Muriel Le Senechal of the services presented at the show. She highlighted the company's focus on recent enhancements to its Singularity model, "which uses advanced AI to deliver personalised experiences at scale". In her words, this model is critical to creating highly tailored marketing content that resonates with individual player preferences, which significantly contributes to increase engagement and retention rates.

Muriel described the reception to the Fast Track stand as "overwhelmingly positive, with a high level of interest and engagement from visitors". The firm's CRM tools integrate real-time data and artificial intelligence "to improve player engagement", as evidence of its commitment to innovation and excellence within the iGaming industry.

Speaking about the Colombian market, Muriel highlighted its rapid growth in Latin America, "thanks to its robust regulatory framework and its openness to innovation". She noted Colombia's progressive stance, making it a "beacon for establishing best practices and setting benchmarks across the region".

In terms of the latest technology trends, one of the key takeaways from the TAG was the importance of localisation in technology adoption. Muriel, Solutions Consultant at Fast Track, noted that the firm "took steps to localise our platform, all documentation and guides into Spanish prior to attending the conference" and recognises that "all the effort made by the firm's team has facilitated deeper engagement and usability  for our users in the region"

Afterwards, we asked Muriel for a personal reflection on GAT's 25th anniversary and she said: "GAT Cartagena is a major milestone that reflects the resilience and evolution of the Latin American gaming industry. It highlights the region's potential as a centre for technological advancement and international collaboration in iGaming.

Finally, she remarked: "We are proud to be part of this vibrant community and look forward to continuing to contribute to its growth and innovation".
